Très Watson is an Atlanta-based member of BCG BrightHouse, where he serves clients in the public-and private sectors in cultural transformations based on purposeful ethical decision-making. Très joined BCG BrightHouse in 2018, and since then, he has been on a quest to help leaders of International Financial Institutions, Government Ministries, and Fortune 500 corporations make dramatically better decisions for their organizations, their customers, and the world. He has helped government leaders to envision new operating models, new urban spaces, and led project teams to help shape the identity of global cities in both hemispheres. He has helped a leading bank commit to bold action that stands to shape the future of sustainable finance. And he partnered with new leaders of an international financial institution to reinvigorate its culture and its approach to global crisis response. Très started his career in IT consulting and has held leadership positions in for-profit, non-profit, and government organizations. He received his MBA and MPA from Harvard University and his B.Sc. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
